Easter snack duty totally snuck up on me last year.

I thought I had everything under control until my oldest reminded me the night before that I promised to bring treats to her class party. Talk about a mom fail moment right there.
After a late night Pinterest scrolling session and a 10 pm Target run that probably cost way more than it should have, I managed to pull together something decent.
But this year? I’m so prepared it’s not even funny.
These are seriously the easiest Easter snacks you’ll ever make, and they look like you spent way more time on them than you actually did.
Trust me, the other moms at the class party will be asking for your secrets.
1. Rice Krispy Treat Easter Eggs

So these aren’t your regular boring Rice Krispy treats. We’re taking them next level here.
The secret is using those plastic Easter eggs as molds. Just spray them with cooking spray first (learned that one the hard way after a particularly sticky disaster).
Mix up your Rice Krispy treats like normal, but add a few drops of food coloring to make them spring-worthy. I usually do pink, yellow, and blue because those are the colors that actually look appetizing.
When you stuff them in the plastic eggs, press really firmly. Nobody wants their Easter egg falling apart at the party.
My middle schooler actually helped with these last time, and they turned out way better than when I tried doing them alone while watching The Bear.
2. Bunny Dirt Cups

You guys, these are literally impossible to mess up. Like, even if you’re running on 3 hours of sleep and your coffee maker just died.
Start with chocolate pudding cups. The instant kind is totally fine here…nobody’s judging.
Crush up some Oreos for the dirt. I put them in a zip bag and let my kindergartener go wild with a rolling pin. It’s a win-win…she gets to make noise and I get crushed Oreos.
Top with those Peeps bunnies. The mini ones work best, but regular ones are fine too if that’s all you can find at Walmart.
Sometimes I add those tiny candy carrots too, but honestly? The kids usually pick those off anyway.
3. Easter Egg Fruit Pizza

This one looks super fancy but it’s actually just a giant sugar cookie. Seriously.
You can totally use the premade sugar cookie dough. Just shape it into an egg before baking.
The trick is the cream cheese frosting. Mix in a little vanilla and it takes it to a whole new level.
Top it with fruit in pretty patterns. Strawberries, blueberries, mandarin oranges…whatever looks good at the store.
Last time I made this, even my picky middle schooler went back for seconds. That’s basically like winning the lottery in mom world.
4. Chick Deviled Eggs

Look, I know deviled eggs sound super basic. But these are different.
You just make your regular deviled eggs (I use my mom’s recipe with a splash of pickle juice…game changer).
Then use tiny pieces of carrots for the beaks and sliced olives for the eyes. Sprinkle a little paprika on top and boom…they’re chickens.
My youngest actually prefers these to regular deviled eggs now. She calls them her “baby chick snacks” and begs for them even when it’s not Easter.
I usually make extra because the other moms always want the recipe. Like they can’t believe something this cute is actually this easy.
5. Easter Bunny Graham Crackers

These were born out of pure desperation during a snow day last year, but they’ve become a total favorite.
Just dip graham crackers in white chocolate (the almond bark kind from Walmart melts way better than actual white chocolate).
Add pink candy melts for the ears and little sugar pearls for the eyes.
I let my kids help with the sprinkles part. Yes, it makes a mess. Yes, it’s worth it.
These are perfect for classroom parties because they’re not too messy and they hold up really well in those plastic containers.
6. Marshmallow Easter Egg Pops

Ok this might be the easiest thing I’ve ever made that actually impressed people.
Large marshmallows plus lollipop sticks equals instant wow factor. You can get the sticks at Target in the baking section.
Dip them in colored candy melts (the Wilton ones are my go to) and add sprinkles while they’re still wet.
My kids fight over who gets to add the sprinkles, so now we do assembly line style. One dips, one adds sprinkles, one adds the little details with food markers.
These are perfect for those times when you need something that looks fancy but actually takes like 20 minutes tops.
7. Easter Basket Popcorn Mix

This is literally just white chocolate covered popcorn with some extras thrown in, but kids go absolutely crazy for it.
Pop plain popcorn (the microwave kind works fine) and drizzle with colored white chocolate. I usually do pink and purple because those are the colors that actually look cute.
Toss in some pastel M&Ms and those tiny chocolate eggs. Sometimes I add Cheerios too if I’m feeling fancy.
My middle schooler’s friends literally begged for the recipe after I made this for her spring band concert. Like, they actually texted their moms about it.
8. Carrot Patch Cups

These are basically dirt cups with a spring twist that makes them look totally Pinterest worthy.
Layer chocolate pudding and crushed Oreos just like regular dirt cups.
The trick is those orange sugar cookies that look like carrots. You can usually find them at Walmart or Target this time of year.
Just stick them in the top and boom…instant carrot patch. My youngest thinks these are hilarious because they look like real carrots growing in dirt.
Last year I sent these to school and got three texts from other moms asking where I bought them. They didn’t believe me when I said I made them myself.
9. Easter Egg Cookie Sandwiches

These started as a total accident when I ran out of time to decorate cookies properly.
Just make sugar cookies with an egg shaped cookie cutter. Store bought dough is totally fine here.
Sandwich them together with frosting (the canned kind works great when you’re in a hurry).
Roll the edges in pastel sprinkles and you’ve got something that looks way fancier than it actually is.
My kids now request these instead of regular decorated cookies, which is basically a mom win because they’re so much easier.
10. Bunny Tail Energy Bites

These are perfect for when you want to sneak something kinda healthy into all the sugar madness.
Mix oats, peanut butter, honey, and mini chocolate chips. Roll them into balls and coat with shredded coconut.
The coconut makes them look like little bunny tails, which is totally adorable and makes kids actually want to eat them.
My oldest’s teacher actually asked for the recipe after I brought these to the class party last year.
They’re basically a breakfast food disguised as a treat, but don’t tell the kids that.
11. Easter Chick Cheese Ball

This one’s for when you need something that’s not super sweet but still totally festive.
Shape cream cheese and shredded cheddar into an egg shape, then cover it with more shredded cheese.
Add a little carrot triangle for the beak and black olive pieces for eyes. Sometimes I add pretzel sticks for feet if I’m feeling extra.
The best part is watching kids realize it’s actually cheese and not another dessert. Their faces are priceless.
12. Rainbow Fruit Easter Eggs

This is literally just fruit arranged in an egg shape but trust me, it looks way fancier than it is.
I use strawberries, blueberries, grapes, and mandarin oranges to make different colored sections.
The key is arranging them in a zigzag pattern like those old-school Easter eggs we used to color as kids.
My middle schooler rolled her eyes when I first made this, but then she saw how many likes it got on her friend’s mom’s Instagram.
13. Peeps S’mores Dip

So this is basically a regular s’mores dip but with Peeps instead of regular marshmallows and it’s genius.
Throw some chocolate chips in a cast iron skillet, top with Peeps in different colors, and pop it in the oven.
The Peeps get all melty and golden brown on top and it looks super impressive.
My youngest practically died when she saw this for the first time. Like, full-on squealing in the kitchen.
We serve it with graham crackers and sometimes strawberries if I’m trying to pretend it’s somewhat healthy.
14. Easter Egg Mini Bagels

These are perfect for when you need something that’s not totally sugar loaded.
Just spread mini bagels with cream cheese that you’ve tinted different pastel colors.
Add some spring-colored sprinkles and suddenly boring bagels are party worthy.
My kids think these are way more fun than regular bagels, even though it’s literally the exact same thing just with food coloring.
Sometimes I arrange them in an egg shape on the platter just to be extra.
15. Easter Bunny Pancake Board

This looks super impressive but it’s literally just a pancake in a bunny shape.
Use berries for the eyes and a strawberry and whip-cream for the nose.
The trick is making the pancakes small enough…use a cookie cutter for best results.
My kids went absolutely nuts the first time I made this. Now they ask for it every weekend leading up to Easter.
I usually drizzle some maple syrup around the edges to make it look fancy.
16. Easter Egg Hunt Trail Mix

This is basically just glorified trail mix but with all Easter colored stuff.
Mix pastel yogurt covered pretzels, Annie’s Bunny Grahams, Cheerios, and those tiny Easter M&Ms.
Add some pastel candy corn if you can find it…you know, the kind that’s supposed to look like jelly beans.
I sent this as my oldest’s after school snack and now all her friends want it in their lunch boxes.
Sometimes I package it in those plastic Easter eggs for party favors.
17. Carrot Garden Hummus Cups

These are perfect for when you need a healthy option that doesn’t scream “I’m trying to be healthy.”
Fill clear cups with hummus, then stick carrot and celery sticks in to look like a little garden.
Add a sprig of parsley or dill to make it look extra garden-y.
The best part is watching kids actually eat vegetables because they think the presentation is cool.
My middle schooler said these were “actually not embarrassing” to bring to her spring band concert, which is basically a five-star review from a 13-year-old.
Between all these options, you’re totally gonna rock whatever Easter event you’re planning for. Just remember nobody’s expecting Pinterest perfection…except maybe that one mom who always brings the professionally decorated cookies, but we don’t talk about her.
